기본 정보

여기에는 생년월일, 대체 주소, 근무 경력 등 연락처에 대한 추가 정보를 캡처하는 사용자 지정 필드가 포함됩니다. 사용자 지정 필드는 연락처 양식을 통해 수동으로 입력하거나 가져오기 중에 입력할 수 있습니다.
연락처 필드를 사용자 지정하려면 다음과 같이 하세요,
- 계정에 관리자로 로그인합니다.
- 설정 > 연락처 모듈로 이동합니다.
- 기본 정보, 추가 정보 또는 애플리케이션 데이터 아래의 필드 옆에 있는 필드 수정 아이콘을 클릭합니다.
- 필드 유형 편집오버레이에서,
- 필드 레이블을 편집하고 Tooltip 및 플레이스홀더 텍스트를 추가할 수 있습니다. 기본 필드의 내부 이름 및 필드 유형은 편집할 수 없습니다. 그러나 사용자 정의 필드의 경우 편집할 수 있습니다. 그룹 또는 하위 그룹 드롭다운에서 선택하여 필드를 원하는 그룹으로 이동할 수도 있습니다.
- 기존 선택 항목을 편집 및 삭제하거나 선택 항목 추가 버튼을 클릭하여 새 선택 항목을 추가할 수 있습니다.
기존 선택 항목을 삭제하면 해당 레코드의 값은 비워집니다. - 완료했으면 저장을 클릭합니다.
